Identify Opportunities

The opportunities I have to take advantage of mainly based around creating an impressive portfolio of work and in doing so improving my design skills. I also need to gain some more skills in software development.

Portfolio 

• I'm creating a webpage for a friends business
• I want to create an App as part of my major project this year at TAFE. The UI design will be a major part of this project.
• Get involved in any community design projects (ABC Open, Wagga Council, Library, TAFE)
• I want to participate in next years Melbourne Game Jam. It would be a good opportunity to take part in a game creation project and make some industry contacts.
• Look for more freelance work experience to build my portfolio

Education

• Complete my Diploma 
• Creative Industries Degree at CSU
• Short courses in design and software development (Coursera)
• Online Tutorials

Experience

• Do some work experience with local businesses.
• Gain employment in a related field.
